Description
Clean GM L8T 6.6L long block with only ~8,000 miles prior to teardown. Originally removed for oil consumption diagnosis, where a cracked piston skirt and broken oil ring in cylinder #2 were found. The affected piston was replaced with a quality OEM takeout, the cylinder bore remained perfect with no additional damage, and the engine was professionally reassembled with new head gaskets and head bolts. Engine is clean inside and out, runs properly, and makes an excellent option for a direct replacement, swap project, or high-performance build foundation.
